ADHD kids are lack of focusing, moody and hyperactive

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of  the most common mental disorders that develop in 4.5 million children in United State; and affects  15 million children in China.

I try to prove that Tennis is the right sport for them

As an ADHD girl, Lauryn Edwards chose tennis as a positive way to channel her hyperactivity instead of a reliance on Ritalin

Playing tennis can help ADHD kids:

1. A few seconds ball rally fits to their short attention time span.

2. They do better in non-team sports, e.g. tennis and swim.

3. Tennis is a mental game as well, it can improve their EQ.
